Flexible steel tube manufacturing in Finland
The steel tubes we manufacture are made from pre-coated or uncoated steel roll material, and in various grades of steel. Our pre-coated tubes are especially suitable for outdoor conditions, structures, and products that require corrosion resistance, strength, and a long service life. Our material options include everything from cold-formed grades of steel to high-strength alloyed steels.
The final product is a fixed-length steel tube, with a profile that can be made round, square, rectangular, oval, or any other custom shape you need. The straight steel tubes we manufacture are used in applications such as traffic signs, roof safety products, solar panel racks, fence posts, and different types of railings.
The right choice is guided by experience and expertise
We use approximately 7,500 tons of steel rolls annually to manufacture straight steel tubes, equivalent to about 5,000 kilometres of tube. Our main markets are located in Finland, the Nordic countries and the Baltics. Tubes manufactured directly from steel rolls and our flexible service provide our clients with clear competitive advantages. Tubes are available directly from the production line in lengths ranging from 2.5 to 10 metres. Lengths shorter than this must be ordered through a separate cutting service.
The final profile, tailored to our client’s specific application, is created from a welded blank that has been rolled round and can be shaped into the desired form as the manufacturing process goes forward. Keep in mind that we process steel tubes all the way into finished products, performing operations such as shaping, punching, bending, laser cutting, welding, and surface treatment.
Shared experience and know-how
We share our extensive experience and material knowledge with our clients. The selection of steel grade, tube wall thickness, and the finishing of the internal joint of the tube, as well as solutions for end brushing, washing and coating, are optimised with the intended application in mind. Cost-effective manufacturing and long service life of steel tubes are key quality criteria for our operations.
Our industry-leading range of coatings includes galvanised, hot-dip aluminised, pre-galvanised, Magneli®-coated, and black materials.
Fast reaction and security of supply
Our extensive inventory of materials and in-house steel tube production mean that we are able to respond quickly to our clients’ needs. We can hold finished steel tubes in our inventory and deliver the desired quantity to the client when they need it.
When sourcing materials, we work with leading steel manufacturers. Our selection also includes low-emission steel tubes, with a carbon footprint up to 65 per cent lower than conventional steel.
Our service also includes advanced further processing of tubes.

The vast majority of the tubes we manufacture are made from pre-coated steel rolls. Coatings improve corrosion resistance and can also be painted in further processing. The steel tube can be used in varying applications. What our products have in common is that they are designed for applications, where steel tubes are exposed to corrosive and other harsh conditions.

In our tube manufacturing, we adhere to strict manufacturing tolerances and continuous quality control. Each production series is checked at the end of the line before delivery.
Our operations are guided by quality and environmental management systems, as well as client-specific technical requirements. For example, traffic sign poles are manufactured according to the related standards.
Assessing the environmental impact of our products is a part of our quality assurance process, and our Environmental Product Declarations are verified by an independent body.
